Together we’ll uncover the key themes for your business, before creating the bespoke actions that will help you build a powerfully productive, positive and profitable team. I’ll serve as a supportive extension to the team as you navigate effectively through the change and growth period.

    • A DISC personality assessment for all attendees prior to the meeting day.

    • A review of the profiles on the day and explore the insight in the context of team cohesion.

    • Exploration of the five behaviours of an effective team, with discussion on how it impacts the cohort.

    • Identification of or four key themes in need of development for each member.

    • Delicious food and important time to breathe in the great outdoors.

    • Powerful but achievable goal setting for the next three to six months.

    • Access to Cohesive Coaching over the following month with completely confidential emails and a one-hour phone or zoom call.

    • A follow-up morning session in your workplace, three months after the away day. We can review progress and next steps for the team.

    • Discovery of three or four key themes in need of development.

    • Powerful goal and outcome setting for the next three to six months through either a strategic or personal perspective.

    • Access to Cohesive Coaching over the following month through unlimited emails and 2 x one hour phone/zoom calls.
